About Hypnotherapy
So, what is hypnosis?
- Deep physical and mental relaxation.
- Focused attention.
- A naturally, altered state of consciousness.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis. It is a state of mind similar to daydreaming, allowing a
person to become very receptive to proper suggestions. Because hypnosis is a natural,
focused state of concentration some people feel as though they were not actually
hypnotized, when in fact they were. The proof is in the results.
There are three depths to hypnosis. Light, medium and deep. The lightest state is
sufficient enough to break most habits. The time that it takes you to experience the
benefits of hypnotherapy will vary depending on how committed you are to transforming
your life. Reinforcement is key.
