~Rates and Hours of Operation ~
The hourly rate for IME is $100.00. IME also operates off of a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule with a $50.00 minimum. To calculate your fee, take yearly income, divide by 52, multiply by 6%. Example: $35,000.00/52=$673.07x6%=$40.38 $50.00 would be your hourly rate on this schedule. Please bring your most recent pay stub with you if you wish to take advantage of the sliding scale. IME’s hours of operation are 9:00-6:30, Monday-Friday. Average number of sessions range between 6 and 10.
